Real listening is a willingness to
let the other person change you

Alan Alda

It is entirely natural to desire a thriving,
lifelong partnership and no one enters a marriage asking;
‘how can I be unhappy?’

Quite the opposite in fact.

It’s a common myth that ‘love’ is all you need for a happy marriage. In reality, marriage can be as challenging as it can be blissful and there is no shortcut or magic pill for a fulfilling one.

Couples need to invest time, effort and du’ā in their union and a good place to start is by planning to sustain a successful, lifelong relationship - not just a wedding celebration.

The positive results of premarital coaching are proven, lifelong, and priceless for couples who are about to get married or newlyweds. Intentionally investing in your marriage right from the start - before “life” kicks in - is the smart thing to do, as it significantly reduces conflict, the risk of divorce and also helps you build healthy relationship habits to last a lifetime. It’s also far more affordable than a wedding, bad marriage or worse, divorce.

There are no two people like you and your spouse and no marriage will ever be like yours. I will facilitate collaborative and meaningful conversations between you in a relaxed, safe and confidential space to help you discover what makes it unique.

The program allows you to deep dive into various key topics such as mindset, personality, finances, expectations, wellbeing and spirituality. It is comprehensive and designed to safeguard, strengthen, and enrich your marriage.

How it works:

Step 1: An initial 20 minute connection call (via Zoom/Skype) to discuss your specific needs and goals

Step 2: Complete an online, research-based assessment to provide an in-depth, personalised road map of your relationship

Step 3: We will then use this (roadmap) to explore and align the unique histories, beliefs, values, attitudes and expectations each of you bring to your relationship. This will be done during 6 (90 minute) coaching sessions

Step 4: Each of you can opt to have 2 (60 minute) private sessions with me to explore sensitive issues you may find hard to share with your partner

Step 5: I will provide carefully curated resources that will help you continue the momentum we have created.

By the end of our sessions together, you will get to know and understand yourself and your partner better, learn what drives each of you, your individual values and how you can meet your relationship needs together in a loving, practical and Islamic manner.

What Clients Say

‘... she followed up to check how we were coping with things that were unraveling as a result of the assessment. She also shared valuable resources and a marriage contract template to help us along the way

One of the many things our coach, Aisha did really well was to create a safe & non-judgemental space where we could air our views and talk through issues freely with no awkwardness whatsoever. That truly laid the foundation for how successful our sessions were.

An eye opening and enriching experience, with very useful steps to engage with your partner.

..a very interesting aspect of this experience was the ‘almost perfect’ accuracy of the SYMBIS report in terms of assessing my personality and that of my partner. That really helped us gain a deeper understanding of each other..

..everything from the thorough assessment & the expert guidance of the coach, painted a picture for me of what our future home could be while holding a mirror for me and introducing me to how I could do better in the quest to build a relationship that would stand the test of time. Both the coach and the material also quickly brought my mildly sceptical partner around to 100% engage in all the conversations & activities, thus catalysing achievement of our initial goal while helping us learn so much more about each other.
